泪囊鼻腔造口植皮术治疗慢性泪囊炎

Skin grafting with dacryocystorhinostomy in chronic dacryocystitis

目的 :研究用泪囊鼻腔造口植皮术重建泪道 ,以治疗慢性泪囊炎。方法 :经鼻前孔切开鼻丘部黏膜及骨质 ,暴露泪囊 ,于鼻内窥镜下造口 ,并于造口周围处植入替耳氏皮瓣 ,以促进创面愈合 ,防止肉芽形成 ,保证泪道通畅。结果 :用泪囊鼻腔造口植皮术治疗慢性泪囊炎 71例、76眼 ,经随访观察半年 ,治愈率达97%。结论 :泪囊鼻腔造口植皮术手术创伤小 ,不需面部切口 ,并发症少 。

Objective:To treat chronic dacryocystitis by rebuild the lacrimal passage with skin grafting and dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods:The authors incised the lateral wall of nasal cavity in front of middle nasal meatus to expose the dacryocyst through piriform aperture,performed dacryocystorhinostomy under intranasal endoscope,then transplanted the skin flap to accelerate the healing of the surface of wound,so they can get unobstructed lacrimal passage Result:76 eyes from 71 cases with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with this operative method and followed up over half a year,the curative rate was 97%.Conclusion:With small injure and few complications,this method is superior to the traditional dacryocystorhinostomy.
