College English ＂dialogue teaching＂ is to eliminate the differences between students and teachers, students and stu- dents, and enhance an effective way to communicate. It can build genuine dialogue learning environment to cultivate students＇ crit- ical and creative thinking, improve their speaking and listening skills.This paper described the basic theory of college English ＂dialogue teaching＂, characteristics, conditions for implementa- tion, and analyzed that the basic principles of college English ＂dialogue teaching＂ should be followed, focusing on the English ＂dialogue teaching＂ implementation stratezv.
