新公共服务理论对中学教育改革的启示

摘要 随着社会经济的发展和社会环境的改变,人们要求中学教育改革的呼声越来越强烈,传统的教育教学模式已经不能适应当今时代的需要,而在全国各地如火如荼进行的教育改革和实际教学实践中,过分追求分数、偏离国家教育目的的情形却时有发生。当前,在世界范围内流行的新公共服务理论所倡导的为公民服务、以人为本、注重公共利益的理念已受到专家学者的关注,笔者认为应将其有效地纳入到中学教育改革的视野之中。 With the development of social economy and the change of social environment, people's appeal to high school ed-ucation reform is more and more intense, and the traditional teaching mode can't yet meet the needs of the times, while in the vigorous implementation of educational reform and teaching practice in all parts of the country, the excessive pursuit of scores and the deviation from national education objectives often hap-pen. At present, the idea of civil service, people-orientation and paying attention to the public interest, advocated by the world-wide epidemic new public service theory, has received the atten-tion of experts and scholars, and the writer holds that it should be effectively incorporated into the reform of secondary education.
