新型城镇化下的辽宁农村流通体系建设研究

Rural Distribution System Construction in Liaoning under the New Urbanization

随着辽宁沿海经济带开发开放上升为国家战略,沈阳经济区被确定为新型工业化综合配套改革试验区,辽宁城镇化进程扎实推进。物流产业作为生产性服务行业,对工业、农业、商业等多个行业的贡献与影响巨大。辽宁省城镇化水平不断提升,对物流服务的要求也越来越高。本文在阐述城镇化进程中辽宁农村流通服务存在的主要问题基础上,分析了新型城镇化建设对辽宁农村流通体系的影响,进而提出了积极稳妥推进辽宁城镇化物流体系构建的对策。

With the development and opening of Liaoning coastal economic zone rose to national strategies, Shenyang Economic Zone has been identified as the new industrialization comprehensive reform pilot area, Liaoning urbanization process is push forward. Logistics industry as a productive service industry, has huge contributions and impact for industry, agriculture, commerce. The urbanization level of Liaoning Province is rising, and calls for logistics services is also increasing. On the basis of describing the main problems of Liaoning rural circulation service in the urbanization process, this paper analyzes the impact of new urbanization on rural circulation system in Liaoning, and then puts forward countermeasures for actively and steadily promoting Liaoning urbanization logistics system construction.
