对地质勘查单位企业文化建设的思考

Reflections on the Cultural Construction of Geological Exploration Unit

地质勘查单位是国民经济建设的先行队伍,从事的工作具有投入高、风险大、周期长、工作环境艰苦、探索性和科研性强等行业特点。地勘特色的企业文化是地勘单位的一笔重要的无形资产,对以后的地勘单位的生存与发展都有着至关重要的影响。本文试以安徽省地矿局313地质队为例,结合实际对地勘单位的企业文化建设进行了考量和论述。

Geological exploration unit is the antecedent team in the national economy construction. It has many industrial characteristics, such as, high investment, high risk, long period, poor working environment, strong exploration and research, and so on. Corporate culture with characteristics is an important intangible asset of the geological exploration units, and has a crucial impact on the survival and development of the geological＂prospecting units. Taking the 313 Geological Team of Bureau of Geology and Mineral Exploration of Anhui Province as an example, his paper tries to carry on the consideration and discussion to the enterprise culture construction by combining with the actual situation of geological prospecting units.
