电子商务项目的人力资源管理刍议

Human Resource Management of E-commerce Project in Universities

"十二五"期间,电子商务已成为助推国家经济转型与变革,提升国家创新和可持续发展能力的重点产业。随着电子商务产业的快速发展,电子商务项目管理也提到了重要的议事日程,其中的人力资源管理成为项目成功的制约因素。本文在阐述电子商务项目管理和传统项目管理之区别的基础上,总结了其特性及目前存在的问题,并结合企业实践,提出了加强和提升电子商务项目人力资源管理的建议和对策,以期对电子商务项目管理实践有所启迪。

During the next National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, E-commerce has become the key industry to boost the country＇s economic transformation and innovation, enhance national innovation and sustainable development capacity. With the rapid development of the E-commerce industry, E-commerce Project＂ Management becomes more and more important in daily agenda, and Human Resource Management becomes critical factor of a project success. Based on describeing the difference between E-commerce Project Management and traditional project management,this article summarizes their characteristics and the current problems, and combines with business practice to provide suggestions and strategies to enhance Human Resource Management of E-commerce Project, achieves the purpose of benefits to E-commerce Project Management practices.
