Diversification has become the strategic choice for many enterprises. Based on the analysis of Chunlan Group, the article points out that diversified development needs to properly identify the business status of this enterprise, discreetly choose diversification development direction, reconstruct the existing business in a reasonable manner and establish a flexible dynamic business exit mechanism, to provide reference.
