青海省高校学生教学满意度的调查研究

Investigation on Student Satisfaction in Qinghai Province Teaching

学生满意度是高校教学服务质量评价的重要内容。文章对青海省高校教学学生满意度情况进行问卷调查,围绕6个结构指标和23个单项指标进行评价,从指标的满意程度和重要性两个方面对各单项指标进行归类,指出目前青海省高校教学服务质量中存在的问题,并提出相应建议。

Student satisfaction is the key point in valuing teaching quality in universities. This article investigates on the student satisfaction in Qinghai Province teaching. Around the 6 structural indicators and 23 individual indicators, the paper evaluates the level of satisfaction. By classifying the indicators from both satisfaction and importance, this paper points out the existing problems and proposes some relevant measures.
