Design and Practice of Personnel Training Program for Project Management Major

专业人才培养方案是实现人才培养目标和规格要求的纲领性文件,是组织教学过程、安排教学任务,进行教学管理工作的基本依据。文章以武汉理工大学华夏学院为例,分析了制定人才培养方案的基本原则,阐述了基于"六模块"知识结构设计的工程管理专业人才培养方案的设计,并总结了该方案经过3年运行后的实施效果。

Professional personnel training program is the programmatic document to achieve the goal of personnel training and requirements of specifications. It is the basic basis for organizing teaching process, arranging teaching tasks, and teaching management., Taking Wuhan University of Technology Huaxia College as an example, this paper analyzes the basic principles for making the personnel training program, describes the design of project management major personnel training program based on the ＂six modules＂ knowledge structure and summarizes the implementation effect of program after three years＂ operation.
