摘要
作者以脑内Υ-氨基丁酸受体为靶,设计并合成了3个4-[3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯亚甲氨基]丁酸酯类化合物作为抗癫痫化合物供药理筛选。本文对上述化合物进行了质谱研究,对其裂解规律进行了探讨。
Most studies indicated that Υ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) plays a role in the pathophysiology of epilepsy.Under physiological conditions Υ-aminobutyric acid poorly crosses the blood brain barrier. It is likely that a nontoxic Υ-aminobutyric acid mimetic which easily enters the brain will have useful therapeutic properties.With this in mind, we have designed and synthesized 3 4-[(3-methoxy-4-hydrophenyl) methylene amino] butyrates (Ⅲa, Ⅲb,Ⅲc) in order to facilitate the passage of Υ-aminobutyric acid across the blood-brain barrier.These compounds have not been reported.The mass spectra of compounds Ⅲa, Ⅲb, Ⅲc were reported and discussed.The mass spectral peaks were assigned. It shows that the results are consistent with the chemical structure.
