摘要
为增加肾上腺移值供体的来源,在30具新鲜死胎标本上(6个月以上),详细观察了左肾上腺血管的起始、数目、走行和分布范围,并测量了与肾上腺移植有关血管的数据。本文还设计了低温灌注插管入路,阐述和讨论了截取供体血管的解剖学要点。
To exploit resources of the donor for adrenal graft, an investigation of the origin, number, course and distribution of the left adrenal vessels was made in 30 fresh fetal cadavers aged over six months, the data of other blood vessels essential for adrenal transplantation being measured. The length and0 external diameter of the lower segment of the abdominal aorta were 23.80±6.69mm and 3.95±0.99mm, and those of the lower segment of the inferior vena cava, 29.10±7.60mm and 3.80±1.35mm (mean±SD), respectively. Acannulating approach via the arch of the aorta was designed for lower temperature perfusion. The anatomical keys how and where to cut and remove the donor vessels were introduced and eva luated.
