总部园区集合办公模式探索研究——以成都青羊工业总部基地办公楼设计为例

Research on Collective Office Mode of Headquarters Park: Take the Design of Building in Chengdu Qingyang Headquarters Base as an Example

独栋式办公是企业总部园区中的主导建筑形式,"一个企业、一栋建筑、一种标志"成为企业竞相追捧的办公产品类型。然而它的单一化复制难以满足不同企业多样化和成长性的需求,土地利用的低效性和紧张的土地资源之间的矛盾也日益突显。本文结合青羊工业总部基地H-3#和G-9#办公楼的设计实践,充分挖掘建筑空间组合的集约化和共享性潜力,探索一种独立共生的集合办公模式,实现人、环境和企业的可持续健康发展。

Single office building undoubtedly played an important role in the office products of Headquarters Base. ＂A company, a building, a sign＂ become the favorite office product type. However, simplified replication of single office building is difficult to meet the diverse needs of different companies, and the conflicts between low efficiency of land use and limited land resources have become increasingly prominent. Combined with the design of building H-3# and G-9# in Qingyang Headquarters Base, the article tries to fully tap the potential of intensive and sharing spatial combination, and explore a new collective office mode to achieve sustainable development of human, environment and enterprise.
