湘西“刘氏小儿推拿”介质的选用对疗效的影响

湘西“刘氏小儿推拿”是国内主要的小儿推拿流派之一，其以特色鲜明的“五经”推法及奇特的疗效堪称一绝，是湘西地区宝贵的非物质文化遗产。吉首大学为更好地研究和发展该流派学术思想，成立了“刘氏针灸推拿研究所”。本文以研究人员多年的小儿推拿临床经验，将不同病证应选用的介质进行经验总结，以通过实践课程对疾病的辨证操作练习，使学生掌握各介质的对证治疗。

Xiangxi ＂Liu＇s infantile massage＂ is one of the major schools of infantile massage in China, its distinctive features of ＂five meridians＂ pushing and unique curative effect can be a must, which is a valuable intangible cultural heritage in Xiangxi area. For the better research and develop- ment of the school＇s academic thought, Jishou university had established the ＂Liu＇s Acupuncture and Manipulation Institute＂. In this paper, according to the clinical experience that for many years of infantile massage researchers, the experience of mediums which should be used in different diseases would be summarized, and through the operation practice of syndrome differentiation for diseases in practice courses, to make students master the syndrome differentiation treatment by each medium.
