神经刺激器引导下的小儿臂丛阻滞75例分析

摘要 目的:观察神经刺激器引导下的小儿臂丛阻滞的麻醉效果。方法:75例ASAI级的小儿骨科上肢手术患儿均在小剂量丙泊酚辅助镇静下,在神经刺激器引导下行肌沟臂丛阻滞,阻滞成功后注入0.5%罗哌卡因2.5mg/kg,观察其麻醉效果。结果:阻滞效果优73例,良2例,优良率为100.0%。结论:在小剂量丙泊酚辅助镇静下,神经刺激器引导的小儿臂丛阻滞操作简便、阻滞完善、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe the anesthetic effects of pediatric brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator. Methods: 75 patients in pediat- ric orthopedic department of ASA grade I with upper limb operation were all with propofol sedation of small doses, and interscalene brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator was underway, injecting 0.5% ropivacaine 2.5mg/kg after the success of the block, to observe the anesthetic ef- fects. Results: 73 cases were excellent, 2 cases good, the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion: With propofol sedation of small doses, pedi- atric brachial plexus block guided with nerve stimulator is easy and simple to handle, completely blocked and of fewer complications, being worthy of clinical application.
