电针配合推拿治疗肩周炎疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis in Electro-acupuncture Combined with Massage for Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的：观察电针配合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：48例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各24例，治疗组采用电针及推拿治疗，对照组仅用推拿治疗，2个疗程后评价两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组疗（P〈0．05）。结论：电针配合推拿治疗肩周炎有效，能改善患者疼痛及肩关节功能。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of electro-acupuncture combined with massage for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 48 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 24 cases, treatment group adopted thera- py of electro-acupuncture and massage, control group only with massage treatment, the curative effects of two groups were evaluated after 2 courses. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture combined with massage for scapulohumeral periarthritis is effective, which can improve pain and shoulder joint function of patients.
