在推拿按摩专业学生中开展医疗风险管理教育的探索与思考

Exploring and Thinking of Developing Medical Risk Management Education in Massage Students

医疗风险管理是医疗安全和质量管理的重要抓手，在医学生中系统开展医疗风险管理教育将越来越受到重视。本文通过分析推拿按摩专业学生的专业特点和学习与成长过程中可能遇到的风险，总结在推拿按摩专业学生中实施医疗风险管理教育的经验。在开设医疗风险管理课程、在相关课程中融入医疗风险管理内容、开展医疗风险管理案例教学、医疗风险管理教育与医院安全文化教育紧密结合等方面进行深入思考，探讨构建合理有效的、针对医学生的医疗风险管理教育体系。

Risk management is the focus of medical safety and medical quality management, and there were more attention pay to carry out system education of medical risk for medical students. This paper summarized the experience of how to carry out the education of medical risk management for massage students by analyzing the characteristics of massage professional and the risks that may be encountered in the process of learning and growing of massage students. We explore the construction of a reasonable and effective education system for medical risk management via giving a deep consideration on offered courses of medical risk management, integrated content of medical risk management in related courses, developing case teaching for medical risk management, close integrating the education of medical risk management and hospital safety culture.
