摘要
以披针叶黄华试管苗为材料,研究不同质量分数的NaCl和Na2SO4胁迫对其生理生化指标的影响。结果显示,披针叶黄华试管苗鲜重、干重、单株叶片数及叶绿素含量在0.2%Na2SO4胁迫下均高于对照组,而在0.4%~1.0%Na2SO。和0.2%~1.0%NaCl胁迫下,试管苗鲜重、干重、平均株高、单株叶片数及叶绿素含量均随盐胁迫浓度的增加而下降,且与对照组比较差异显著,与NaCl相比,Na2SO4胁迫下试管苗生长指标和叶绿素含量的变化均小于相同浓度的NaCl胁迫;试管苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在NaCI胁迫下随着盐质量分数的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,在Na2SO4胁迫下呈下降-上升-下降的变化趋势,而过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性均随着2种盐质量分数的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势研究发现,披针叶黄华试管苗通过提高SOD、CAT以及POD活性,清除盐胁迫下产生的过量活性氧,保护膜结构,缓解盐伤害,同时,披针叶黄华试管苗适应Na2SO4胁迫的能力强于NaCl。
The effect of various concentrations of Na2SO4and NaCl on physiological and biochemical index of Thermopsis lanceolata test-tube plantlet was examined. The results showed that the fresh weight, dry weight, leaf number per plant and chlorophyll content of Thermopsis lanceolata test-tube plantlet increased under 0.2% of Na2SO4stress and decreased under the Na2SO4(0.4%-1.0%) or NaCl(0.2% ~ 1.0%) stress. Changes of these indexes under Na2SO4stress were smaller than that under NaCl stress. The activities of protective enzyme CAT and POD were all decreased firstly then increased along with the concentration increasing of the two kinds of salt, but the SOD activity was improved firstly then fell along with the concentration increasing of NaCl. Under Na2SO4stress, SOD activity was decline-rising-decline along with the concentration increasing. These results indicated that the increasing activities of SOD, CAT and POD in test-tube plantlet could scavenge active oxygen, protect membrane structure and alleviate the salty injury. The adaptation of the test-tube plantlet growing in Na2SO4was higher than growing in NaCl.
