肤康安洗液HPLC含量测定方法研究

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定肤康安洗液中丁香酚和三白草酮的含量。方法:采用HPLC分析方法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长:230 nm。结果:丁香酚和三白草酮分别在0.619 2-9.288 7μg(R2=0.999 8)、0-3.204 0μg(R2=0.100 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为97.55%、98.92%,RSD分别为1.27%、1.03%(n=6)。结论:肤康安洗液的HPLC含量测定方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于肤康安洗液的质量控制。 Objective: To develop a quantitative method for determination of Fukangan lotion by HPLC analysis. Methods: The samples were separated on a Kromasil C18MG(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) withmethanol-0.1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase(gradient elution). Flow rate was set at 1 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results: The calibration curve of Eugenol and Sauchinone was linear within the range from 0.619 2 μg to 9.288 7 μg(r=0.999 8) and 0 μg to 3.204 0 μg(r=0.100 0),and the average recovery was 97.55%(RSD=1.27%) and 98.92%(RSD=1.03%)(n=6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid,sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for independent Fukangan lotion quality control.
