摘要
将100只1日龄健康罗曼雏鸡随机分为5组,每组20只。分别于1日龄皮下注射生理盐水以及中药复方多糖、黄芪多糖(APS)、当归多糖(ASP)、淫羊藿多糖(EPS),连续注射7 d,于7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56日龄采血,检测淋巴细胞转化率、AI抗体效价、红细胞免疫功能,计算增重率。结果表明,使用中药复方多糖、APS、ASP、EPS后,各试验组外周血淋巴细胞转化率、AI-HI抗体效价、红细胞-C3b花环率和红细胞-IC花环率、增重率明显升高。中药复方多糖效果优于其他各组(P<0.05)。
One hundred one-day-old chickens were randomLy divided into five groups with 20 in each. Then, physiological saline, Chinese herbs compound polysaccharides, Astragalus polysaccharides(APS), Angelica polysaccharides(ASP), Epimedium Herb polysaccharides(EPS)was respectively given to chickens by hypodermic injection for seven days continuously, and blood samples was collected on 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 35th, 42nd, 49thand 56thto evaluate the translation rate of blood lymphocyte,AI-HI antibodytiters and the immunity system of red blood cell in chickens. The results showed that the translation rate of blood lymphocyte,AI-HI antibody titers,RBC-C3brosette rate and RBC-IC rosette rate all increased after the use of Chinese herbs compound polysaccharides, APS, ASP, EPS to the chickens. Moreover, Chinese herbs compound polysaccharides present more effective function on the immunity of chickens than the others.
