摘要
依据野外调查资料,对河南永城煤炭矿区开采引发的地面塌陷、地裂缝、水资源系统破环、土地资源破坏等环境地质问题进行了详细的分析研究。根据实际情况,提出了永城煤炭矿区不同环境地质问题的防治措施,避免、减轻或得以治理,并对防治投资、管理提出了建议。同时,提出了在地面塌陷形成以前就采取"超前"的综合防治措施,提出"和谐开发、合理改造、以用促治"综合治理的思想。
Based on the field investigation data, this paper analyzes environmental geological problems of Yongcheng caused by coal mining, such as ground collapse,ground fissures,water resources system destruction and land resources destruction. According to the actual situation, this paper proposed the corresponding preventive measures of the different environmental geological problems and gave some suggestions on investment and management. At the same time, the paper put forward some comprehensive prevention measures before surface collapse, and put forward the ＂harmonious development, rational transformation, to govern by using ＂ comprehensive governance thinking.
