Comparing Two Assays forα－ Amylase

对 2种测定α－淀粉酶的方法进行比较，结果表明 2－氯－ 4－硝基苯酚－α－麦芽三糖苷 (CNP－ G3)法与用亚乙基封闭的对硝基苯酚－α－麦芽七糖苷 (EPS或 PNP－ G7)法相关性良好， CNP－ G3法的优点为直接、一步测定α－淀粉酶活性，不需要辅助酶，试剂稳定， CNP－ G3的用量少，价格低廉，是目前较为理想的测定α－淀粉酶的方法。

Two assays,CNP－ G3 method and PNP－ G7method,forα－ amylase were compared. The results suggested that the former was better than the latter. There was a good relativity between both methods but CNP－ G3 was more stable, cheaper and without need of other enzymes such asα andβ－ glucosidase. It is now more perfect method with one step assay.
