1％普鲁卡因注射液经 10倍稀释后，用灵敏度为 0. 5 EU/ml的鲎试剂进行抗干扰试验，结果可行，可以用细菌内毒素检查法替代热原检查。
1％ Procaine injection was diluted to 0.1％ and an anti－ interference test was performed using limulus agent with sensitivityof 0.5Eu/ml. The result suggests that pyrogen test can be replaced by bacterial endotoxin test.
