摘要
考虑入炉煤质、烟风流量、环境温度、负荷变化等因素对空气预热器换热性能的影响,基于ASME PTC 4.3标准并结合三分仓回转式空气预热器的实际特点,给出了对其适用的热力性能评价指标,结合能量守恒原理和各热力系统间的参数匹配关系,介绍了相应关键参数的测定方法。结合某电厂300 MW机组空气预热器改造实例,对其热力性能、换热效果等进行了分析和评价。
The heat transfer performance of tri-sector rotary air preheater was comprehen- sively investigated considering the influences of coal quality, flow rate, ambient temperature and load variation. By applying the standard of ASME PTC 4.3 to the tri-sector rotary air preheater, an index evaluation system including gas side efficiency, calculated gas tempera- ture leaving air heater corrected for no air leakage, X-ratio and exit gas temperature was es- tablished. And the corresponding determination methods of some key parameters were ana- lyzed according to energy conservation principle and the matching relationship of thermal pa- rameters with related auxiliary systems. Finally, a typical application of the index evaluation system in analysis and evaluation on heat transfer performance of a retrofitted tri-sector rota- ry air preheater for 300 MW unit was introduced.
