摘要 燃烧后碳捕集技术是减少二氧化碳排放的一种重要技术。目前燃烧后碳捕集技术的主要有吸收法、吸附法和膜分离法3种实现方法,三者各具优缺点,因此需要通过综合评价来实现科学优选。首先从环保性能、经济性能和技术性能3个方面对3种燃烧后碳捕集技术进行了定性评估。在定性评价结果数值化的基础上,采用主成分分析法对这3种燃烧后碳捕集技术进行了综合评价。评价结果表明,3种燃烧后碳捕集技术的综合得分由大到小依次是:吸收法>吸附法>膜分离法。其中,吸收法和吸附法的得分相近,是目前比较可行的燃烧后碳捕集技术,膜分离法具有对环境的负面影响小和能耗低的优点,极具开发潜力。 Post-combustion CO2 capture is an emission. It mainly including three methods: important technology for reducing CO2 absorption, adsorption and membranesseparation, each of which has its advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, comprehensive evaluation is needed to achieve the optimized selection scientifically. Three methods of post- combustion CO2 capture were evaluated qualitatively in terms of environmental, economic and technological performances. After converting the qualitative evaluation result into numerical value, principal component analysis was used to evaluate these three methods comprehensively. The result showed that the three methods could be ranked by comprehensive score as: absorption ) adsorption ) membranes separation. Absorption and adsorption had similar scores, indicating both are recently feasible methods of post- combustion CO2 capture. Membranes separation has the advantages of more friendly to environment and less energy consumption, consequently it has potential for developing.
