远置式陈列柜制冷电能消耗理论分析

摘要 基于远置式陈列柜能效标准和冷藏陈列柜标准,以半封闭压缩机性能参数表进行计算,分析工质、压缩机容积、蒸发温度、频率等参数对远置式陈列柜制冷电能消耗的影响。结果发现R134a计算值偏离实验值程度最小;小压缩机并联比使用大压缩机能获得更低的制冷电能消耗偏离系数;较高的蒸发温度,可以使得实际制冷电能消耗减少,但是相应的会导致计算值偏离实际值的程度增加;压缩机频率较低可以使得计算偏离系数较小。 According with the standard of refrigeration display cabinet and relevant energy efficiency standard, the influencing factors including refrigerant, compressor capacity, evaporation temperature and frequency on refrigeration electrical energy consumption (REC) of the display cabinet were calculated and analyzed by the performance parameters table of semi-hermetic compressor. The result showed that the calculated REC value of R134a deviated from the experimental value minimally. Compared with large discharge compressor, multiple small compressors can obtain less deviation with the experimental value. Higher evaporation temperature can reduce REC, however, the de corresponding results in the deviation of calculated value from experimental value would increase accordingly. The lower frequency of the compressor can get better calculated value.
