摘要
广布疲劳损伤是老龄飞机及许多工程结构中存在的一种典型的损伤形式。广布疲劳损伤由于裂纹之间存在的相互作用,导致结构的剩余强度明显降低,临界裂纹尺寸减小,裂纹扩展寿命显著缩短,严重地影响着结构的使用安全,因而成为学术界和航空制造业关注的问题之一。本文从广布疲劳损伤的基本概念、分类及宏观特征、国内外研究现状及应力分析、应力强度因子研究、裂纹扩展连通、多裂纹连通准则和剩余强度等方面着手,对当前老龄飞机广布疲劳损伤问题的研究成果与进展进行了全面阐述。
Widespread fatigue is a typical failure style in aging aircrafts and some engineering structures. Due to the interaction between widespread cracks, structures' residual strength, critical crack-length and crack propagation life decrease greatly, which seriously affects the safety of the structures in service. In the present paper, we summarized the research outcomes and advances about widespread fatigue problem, including basic concepts, macro-properties, research status and stress analyses, stress intensity factor, crack growth and connecting, connecting criterion and residual strength.
