天气季节性影响的终端区空域容量分布 被引量:2

Seasonal Effects of Weather on Capacity Distribution of Terminal Airspace

摘要 为了能将预测天气的概率信息加入流量管理的决策中,提高航空公司航班计划的有效性和准确性,利用具体机场历史天气数据,对该机场终端区影响容量的天气使用聚类算法进行分类,提出了对应于概率天气预报的概率容量分布模型。通过该模型,对终端区天气数据进行分析计算,然后使用遗传算法得出机场终端区天气季节性影响的容量。通过对成都双流国际机场终端区天气数据进行分析计算,计算结果与实际运行数字误差不大。 To be able to add the probability information of prodecting weather to the decision-making of the traffic management and improve the validity and accuracy of the airline flight schedule,this paper use the clustering algorithm to classify the weather that affects the capacity of the terminal area according to the airport-specific historical weather data, and propose the probability capacity distribution model.The paper analysis and calculate the werther data of the terminal area using the model,and have come to the capacity of terminal area under the influence of sensonal weather. Accroding to analysising and calculating the werther data of the Chengdu international Airport terminal area,this paper get a conclusion that the deviation betweet calculated results and the data of actual operation is small.
