摘要
采用液相离子交换法对NaY分子筛进行改性,制备了CuY、CeY和FeY分子筛催化剂,并考察了催化剂在柠檬酸三丁酯合成中的催化性能。结果表明,CeY分子筛对该酯化反应的催化活性最高,得出合成柠檬酸三丁酯的最优化条件:酸醇物质的量比为1∶4,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的3%,回流反应5 h,酯化率达97.3%。且催化剂可回收,可重复使用,其稳定性较高。
Zeolite molecular sieve catalysts CuY, CeY and FeY were prepared by modifying zeolite NaY in a liquid - phase ion exchange process, and the catalytic properties of the catalysts in the synthesis of tributyl citrate were studied. The results have shown that zeolite molecular sieve CeY has the highest activity in catalyzing this esterification reaction. The optimum conditions of synthesizing tributyl citrate were identified: the molar ratio of citric acid to n - butyl alcohol is 1:4, the catalyst amount is 3% of the mass of citric acid, the reaction time at reflux condition is 5 h, and the esterification rate is 97.3%. The catalyst can be recovered for reuse, and is high in stability.
