甲磺酸左旋氧氟沙星治疗泌尿道感染临床疗效及安全性

The clinical efficacy and safety of levofloxacin mesylate in treatment of urinary tract infections

目的 :研究甲磺酸左旋氧氟沙星对泌尿道感染的治疗作用及安全性。方法 :对 30例细菌性泌尿道感染患者静脉滴注甲磺酸左旋氧氟沙星 40 0mg/d ,疗程 5～ 7d ;对 70例泌尿道手术患者术后预防性静脉滴注甲磺酸左旋氧氟沙星 40 0mg/d ,疗程 5d。 结果 :治愈率 86 .7%,有效率 93.3 %,只有 2例 (2 %)出现了轻度的皮疹 ;2例(2 %)出现肝功能轻度升高反应。结论 :甲磺酸左旋氧氟沙星不仅适用于泌尿道感染 ,而且安全 。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin mesylate in treatment of urinary tract infections.Methods:The study was conducted in 30 patients with urinary tract bacterial infections and 70 patients who are going to receive urinary tract operations.The former patients were treated with 400mg/d i.v.levofloxacin mesylate for 5～7 d to manage infections and the latter patients were treated with 400mg/d i.v.levofloxacin mesylate for 5d to prevent infections.Results:A total effective rate of 93.3% including a cure rate of 86.7% was obtained with 2 cases of mild rash(2%) and 2 cases of elevated liver function(2%).Conclusion:Levofloxacin mesylate is an effective and safe agent for treatment of urinary tract infections with mild side effect.
