海外新生代工作创新研究——以浙江省青田县为例

Research on Work Innovation about the Overseas New Generation——Take Zhejiang Qingtian for Example

海外华侨华人是我国极其宝贵的人才宝库。近年来,海外华侨华人新生代群体正在日益壮大,影响广泛。正确看待和重视这个群体,推进海外华侨华人新生代工作的创新研究,具有十分重要的意义。文章以"侨乡"浙江青田县为研究样本,对华侨新生代的现代特性等方面进行剖析,结合共青团的工作内容进行探讨,提出一些可行性建议。

Overseas chinese is extremely valuable wealth. In recent years, new generation of overseas chinese is growing. It has vital significance to correctly examine and pay more attention to this group,so we should promote the innovation research on the overseas chinese new generation work. Taking the Zhejiang Qingtian as an example, the article analyses the modern characteristics of new generation of overseas chinese. Then combining with the Communist Youth League work, the author puts forward some feasibility suggestions.
