摘要
文章总结了徐江小学多年实践,全面提炼介绍了该小学"同在蓝天下"红领巾社团活动的"三联四化"活动模式、"小先生制"管理模式以及完善的组织机制、多维度的评价体系、丰富的活动体验,认为红领巾社团活动是提高队员自主、自信、自助能力的有效途径。
This paper summarizes practice of Xujiang primary school, and fully introduces the activity mode, management mode, perfect organization mechanism, the multi-dimensional evaluation system, rich experience of "under the same blue sky" red scarf mass organizations. The author considers that activity of red scarf mass organizations is an effective way to improve the team of independent, self-confident, self-help ability.
