摘要
现代工业产品设计和制造过程中 ,产品的测试问题已成为决定产品性能、成本等的重要因素。为了适应这种对测试技术和测试系统不断提高的要求 ,VI(虚拟仪器 )技术应运而生。虚拟仪器技术是现代测试技术发展的重要方向 ,本文对虚拟仪器的概念、应用特点及发展作了综合介绍。
Test has become a key element which affects the function and cost of a product in the design and production of modern industry products. VI technology emerges in response to the growing requirement of test technique and test system. This paper introduces its concept, application features and development, concluding that VI technology is an important direction of modern test technology.
