摘要
通过对5所美国高校图书馆教学参考资源建设和服务中的版权政策进行调研和分析发现,我国高校图书馆电子教学参考资源服务需注意以下版权问题:图书馆可以优先选择本校已经订购的电子资源作为电子教学参考资源的来源;图书馆如果没有相应的已订购的电子资源可用,则应注意预用资料是否处于版权保护期,并进行分别对待;图书馆应加强用户身份的认证和版权声明,限定用户范围和使用期限;图书馆在提供移动电子教学参考资源服务时,需要限制电子教学参考资源的使用范围。
Investigating and analyzing the copyright policy of the construction and the service of course reserve services in five American university libraries could find that, electronic course reserve services in our university libraries should pay attention to following copyright issues: libraries could choose sub- scribed electronic resources as electronic course reserve resources preferentially; if there are no corresponding electronic resources available, libraries should pay attention to whether pre-use resources are in the copyright protection duration and treat them respectively;libraries should strengthen the certification of the user identity and the copyright declaration, so as to limit the range of users and the service life; While providing mobile electronic course reserve services, libraries should limit the usage range of electronic course reserve resources.
