Research on the Implemention of Open Access in Britain

英国较早地开始有组织地向开放存取转换并出版了工作建议书。英国大学通过建立开放存取仓储等方式加强对开放存取基础设施的建设。英国研究理事会审查并公布了开放存取政策,对开放存取实施工作的审查也于开放存取工作建议书出版1年后展开。英国开放存取运动能够在政策制定、资金保障、政策审查、出版时滞期长度等方面为我国正在开展的开放存取运动提供借鉴。

Britain has begun to the organized transformation to Open Access early and has published the open access recommendation. British universities has strengthened the construction of open access in- frastructures through establishing open access storages. Research Councils UK has investigated and announced the open access policy. The investigation of the implementation work of Open Access was developed after one year published the open access recommendation. The open access movement in Britain could provide references on the policy making, the financial guarantee, the policy investigation and the publishing time length for developing the open access movement in our country.
