Chinese Classical Bibliography and Western Modern Bibliography in the Perspective of the Postmodernism

后现代主义对现代性的批判也延及了现代目录学,而中国古典目录学的某些理论气质呼应了这次批判。反对二元对立、反对人的一元主体性、反对理性总体化和反对元叙事是对西方现代目录学进行批判的必由之路,同时也是对中国古典目录学的理论气质的概括。对现代目录学进行后现代主义批判,应同时发掘中国古典目录学的理论价值。

The critique to the modernity put forward by the pestmodernism also extend to the modern bibliography, and some theoretical temperaments of Chinese classical bibliography echoed this critique. Oppositions to the binary opposition, the unary subjectivity of human, the totalisation of the rationality and the meta-narration, are routes that the critique of Western modern bibliography must take, at the same time, they are also the generalization of the theoretical temperament of Chinese classical bibliography. It＇s necessary to discover the theoretical value of Chinese classical bibliography while critiquing the modern bibliography with the postmodernism.
