We analyze the feasibility that the agricultural institution libraries serve the district animal husbandry by the open access platform and investigate the prese-nt situation of the information demand and the information service of the district ani-mal husbandry. Then we put forward the pattern conception of the agricultural institution libraries serving the animal husbandry by the open access platform and the specific implementation strategy.
