Research on Knowledge Sharing in CoP Based on Theory of Interpersonal Behavior

摘要基于相关文献和Triandis的人际行为模型构建实践社区(知识社区)分享行为影响因素的理论模型,提出相关假设并进行实证研究。最后,对研究结果的实践意义进行讨论。 The model of factors influencing CoP knowledge sharing is developed based on the literature and Triandis interpersonal behavior. At last, practical implications for CoPs are provided.
