摘要 为了从技术经济角度评价外墙外保温技术的节能效果,根据单位建筑面积墙体传热系数模型对墙体的热损失进行了调整,将其转换为单位外墙保温面积热损失系数,并依据耗热量模型确定了建筑的耗热量;利用时间序列法对煤炭价格进行了预测,将二者结合起来,建立了住宅外墙外保温系统的采暖成本模型;利用实例计算出外墙外保温全寿命周期内的采暖成本.并与未覆外墙外保温系统的传统建筑进行对比,验证了外墙外保温系统的节能效果,证明了模型的有效性。 In order to evaluate energy-saving effect of ETIS(External Thermal Insulation Systems)from technical and economic point,heat loss has been adjusted to the unit ETIS area heat loss coefficient based on the unit building area heat transfer coefficient model of wall. And on the basis of heat consumption model,heat loss of buildings is determined;coal prices are predicted by time series method,and then combine the two above-mentioned,residential ETIS heating cost model is established. Finally,an example is used to calculate the whole life cycle heating cost of the ETIS. Comparing with the traditional architectural exterior insulation system which does not cover ETIS,the energy saving effect of the ETIS is verified. The validity of the model is proved.
