摘要
近年来,灾害频繁发生,应急救援物资的配送问题受到了越来越广泛的关注。以突发性灾害中城市救援物资的配送问题为研究内容,针对由道路系统瘫痪、车辆故障、疫情爆发等突发事件造成配送运力、需求、服务时间窗变动进而导致原配送计划不合理的问题,以干扰管理的思想为指导,通过深入分析,在干扰辨识和扰动度量的基础上,建立针对灾害应急城市物流配送的干扰管理系统模型,并设计相应的算法,并通过仿真实验验证模型和算法的有效性和优越性。对于建立稳定、高效的城市灾害应急物流配送系统具有较高的现实意义。
In recent years,due to frequent natural disasters,distribution of emergency relief materials has drawn more and more attention. Based on the sudden natural disasters in aid distribution problem as the research content,aiming at failure of original distribution plan due to the road system paralysis,vehicle fault,change of service time window,an interference management system for natural disaster emergency logistics distribution model is established. Corresponding algorithm is designed. Simulation results verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
