工程造价管理成熟度模型的分析

A Project Estimate Management Maturity Model

为了提高建设工程造价管理的能力,根据项目管理成熟度模型,分析项目管理的子部分"工程造价管理",建立其成熟度等级,并根据工程造价全生命周期管理过程,建立其成熟度模型。运用AHP-模糊评价方法对工程造价成熟度体系进行其成熟度评测,分析出影响整个工程造价管理成熟度的重要因素,并对该体系的层次总排序进行一致性检验。通过成本绩效指数对工程造价管理成熟度价值进行了整体评价,给企业提供了一种衡量组织造价管理能力的方法,有助于提高企业造价管理水平和企业竞争力。

In order to improve the ability of project estimate management,based on the project management maturity model,a project estimate management maturity model is established in view of project life cycle management process. Then,a fuzzy evaluation method is used to test the project estimate maturity model and impact factors on project estimate management maturity are analyzed. In addition,the value of project estimate management maturity is evaluated by cost performance index. The paper presents a method to measure estimate management ability for enterprises and is useful to improve estimate management level.
