摘要
采用半连续铸造技术和挤压技术制备出Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr合金光谱分析样品。通过五家单位协作定值,初步得出光谱分析样品的标准值和标准偏差,考察了光谱分析样品的均匀性,并且绘制出Nd、Zn和Zr元素的工作曲线,为以后Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr合金光谱标准样品的开发奠定了基础。
Spectral analysis materials of Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr alloy were prepared by semi-continuous casting and extrusion technology. The standard certification and deviation of the spectral analysis materials were obtained primarily through cooperation certification of five laboratories. The uniformity was investigated and the working curves of Nd, Zn and Zr elements were constructed, which established development basis of spectral reference materials of Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr alloy.
