摘要
针对V22缸体铸件顶面热节处发生的表面缩凹缺陷,经设置排气片,补缩冒口,冷铁等不同工艺方案进行试验和分析,最终采用冷铁加冒口工艺方案。经生产验证,采用冷铁,且冷铁覆盖面积占热节散热面积的约18%,并在冒口的配合下,有效解决了热节的收缩缺陷,获得了健全的缸体铸件。
Aiming to the depression in the hot spot which is on the top surface of V22 cylinder block, various casting processing was tested and analyzed, including set of the air vent, feeder and chill. At last, the chill and feeder casting processing was adopted. The production was verified, the depression was effectually solved and the sound cylinder block castings were obtained with feeder and chill which covered 18% area of the hot spot.
