摘要
分析了导轮座的两种生产工艺,即垂直分型工艺和水平分型工艺。采用铸造模拟分析软件预测缩松、缩孔缺陷。根据模拟结果采用了水平分型,并运用侧冒口+发热冒口的工艺获得了合格的铸件。导轮座铸件的优化工艺对提高相似结构铸件的品质将起到积极作用。
Two kinds of production process of guide wheel base is analyzed, namely vertical and horizontal parting process. The shrinkage, dispersed shrinkage defect were predicted by using simulation software, then the horizontal parting, side riser with exothermic riser process were adopted on the basis of the simulation result, and the quality of casting meet the requirement. The optimized process plays a positive role for quality improvement of similarity structure casting.
