摘要
目的:首次研究瘤果黑种草子挥发油的抗炎及祛痰作用。方法:采用角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验观察瘤果黑种草子挥发油(VONG)抗炎作用;小鼠气管酚红排泌法、家兔促进气管纤毛黏液流实验观察其祛痰作用。结果:瘤果黑种草子挥发油能明显抑制小鼠足跖肿胀度及大鼠棉球肉芽肿,促进气管酚红排泌量,增加家兔气管纤毛黏液流运动速度,与对照组比较,差异具有极显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:瘤果黑种草子挥发油具有一定的抗炎、祛痰作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-inflammatory and expectorant effects of volatile oil from Nigella glandulifera （VONG） for the first time. METHODS The carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice and cotton ball induced granuloma exper- iments were employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect; a mouse model of phenol red test and the rabbit tracheal ciliary mucus flow promotion experiments were employed to evaluate the expectorant effect. RESULTS The experimental results showed that the different dose group of VONG could significantly inhibit carrageenan-induced mouse paw swelling degree and the hyperplasia of granulation tissue in rats（P〈0. 01）; increase phenol red excretion in mice and rabbit tracheal ciliary mucus flow velocity （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The results indicated that VONG has some anti-inflammatory and expectorant activ- ities.
