高效液相色谱法测定白花蛇舌草中异高山黄芩素的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法测定白花蛇舌草中新活性成分异高山黄芩素含量的方法。方法:采用KromasiC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(45:55),检测波长280nm,流速1.0ml·min,柱温30℃。结果:异高山黄芩素在13.2~145.2μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。异高山黄芩素的平均样回收率N99.77%(RSD=0.69%)。结论:该方法简便,准确,可靠,可用于白花蛇舌草中异高山黄芩素的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE To develop a method of HPLC for the content determination of isoscutellarein in Hedyotis diffusa willd. METHODS The column was Kromasil C18 ( 150 mm x 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1 G phosphoric acid(45 : 55),UV detection wavelength was set at 280 nm, the detector drift tube temperature was set at 30 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 13.2 - 145.2μg· ml^-1 for isoscutellarein(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery of isoscutellarein was 99.77 G, (RSD = 0.69%). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, replicahle, and can be used for the quality control of isoscutellarein in Hedyotis diffusa willd.
