摘要
研究了铁氧体吸收剂粉体的煅烧工艺对粉体的性能、形貌和相组成的影响。研究表明 ,粉体的形貌和相组成对其复数磁导率有较大影响。经过对煅烧工艺进行优化 。
The influence of calcining process in the synthesis of (Zn 1-x Co x) 2 W hexaferrite absorber powder by the gel solid state method on the properties, microstructure and phase characteristics was investigated.The maxim phase content of (Zn 1-x Co x) 2 W was obtained at 1300℃when the calcining temperature varied from 1100℃to 1350℃.The grain size increased to a desirable size of 20~30μm when precursor was calcined at 1300℃ for 60min.It is concluded that both high W phase content and a appropriate grain size contribute to a high complex permeability of hexaferrite powder in X band.
