摘要 基于增加EPG输入电阻(从109Ω增加到1010Ω)对直流刺吸电位仪(DC-EPG)进行改进,并对烟蚜Myzus persicae进行波形记录分析.结果表明,增加输入电阻1个数量级后,EPG波形记录效果有所提升,pd波、E1波和E2波相对振幅和频率有所提高,且E1波较原仪器记录的E1波在频率上差异显著,E2波较原仪器记录的波形在相对振幅和频率上差异显著,这说明通过增加输入电阻能够有效改进EPG记录效果,提高波形的精确度. In this study, the improvement of direct-current electrical penetration graph (DC-EPG) was made by increasing the input resistor from 10^9Ω to 10^10Ω and the test was performed by recording the waveforms of aphid Myzus persicae feeding on tobacco plants. The results showed that the relative amplitude and rate of waveforms including pd waveform, E1 waveform and E2 waveform were increased after increasing the input resistor, and the difference of rate of E1 waveforms and the difference of rela- tive amplitude and rate of E2 waveforms were significant. The results indicated that the EPG could be improved by increasing input resistor to acquire more precise waveforms of insects feeding behaviors.
