抗战时期,农业技术改进是晋绥边区发展经济、保障供给的重要措施。边区主要通过政府主导、群众供给、机关援助等路径,以开荒、兴修水利、精耕细作、选种、畜牧饲养等为主要内容,系统改进农业生产技术,促进了农业经济增长,取得了显著绩效。以经验性为特征的农业技术改进反映了边区政府尊重群众经验、密切联系群众的优良传统。

Agricultural technology improvement was the important measure to develop the economy and ensure supplies in Jin-Sui Border Area during the period of Anti-Japanese War. Agricultural technology had been improved systematically by the government of Border Area. The paths were government-led, mass supplying and organs supporting. The main contents were opening up wasteland, water conservancy, intensive farming, seed selection and stockbreeding. Agricultural technology improvement had promoted the economic growth of agriculture and achieved remarkable success.
