摘要
明清时期太湖地区种养结合的生态养殖系统主要包括"农副产品—猪—大田"系统、"蚕桑—羊—桑田"系统、"虫草谷—鸡鸭—田鱼"系统、"稻鱼共生"系统和"桑基鱼塘"系统。这些传统的生态养殖系统不仅有较高的经济价值,还具有突出的生态价值、社会价值和文化价值。充分挖掘和发挥中国传统生态养殖系统的精华和可持续发展的潜力,对建设现代生态农业以及农业文化遗产的保护与传承具有重要意义。
Ecological breeding systems which combined farming and breeding in Taihu Lake area in Ming and Qing dynasties mainly include 'agricultural and sideline products--pig--rice field' system, 'silk- worm--sheep--mulberry field' system, ' insects, grass and millet--chicken and duck--fish' system, 'rice- fish' system and 'mulberry--dyke--fish--pond' system. These traditional ecological breeding systems not only have high economic value, but also have the prominent ecological, social and cultural value. It is of vital significance to fully tap the essence and the potential of sustainable development of traditional ecological breeding system for the construction of modern ecological agriculture. Also, it is important for the preservation and development of agricultural culture heritage.
