湿润烧伤膏治疗眼球碱烧伤疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of MEBO in Treating Eyeball Alkali Burn

目的：进一步观察湿润烧伤膏（ MEBO）治疗眼球碱烧伤的疗效，寻求理想的治疗方法。方法：将 1998年 2月～ 2000年 4月采用 MEBO治疗的（称 MEBO组） 21例（ 29眼）治疗效果，同 1995年 10月～ 1998年 1月常规方法（常规组）治疗的 37例（ 49眼）疗效进行对比分析。主要观察指标为各种不同深度烧伤患眼的愈合时间与治疗过程和愈后并发症发生率。结果： I度烧伤两组之间相似，无统计学差异；Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度愈合时间组间均有显著性差异（ P<0． 05），即 MEBO组愈合时间较常规组缩短，其并发症发生率也明显低于常规组。结论：眼球碱烧伤采用 MEBO治疗可促进创面愈合，同时能减少并发症的发生。

Objective: To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating eyeball alkali burn. Method: 21 cases of eyeball burn involving 29 eyes were treated with MEBO, while 37 cases involving 49 eyes were treated with routine method. The efficacy of the two treating methods were compared. Result: For patients with first degree eyeball burn, no significant difference was found between the two treating groups. For patients with second, third and fourth degree eyeball burn, the difference in healing time between the two groups were significant (P<0.05), MEBO group has wound healing time shorter than routine group and complication incidence in MEBO group was also lower than routine group. Conclusion: MEBO can promote wound healing, when used for treating eyeball alkali burn and can also reduce the incidence of complications.
